The Utah Geriatric Education Consortium invites you to a virtual retreat on Age-Friendly Health Systems and the 4Ms on June 17th from 5-7 PM MT.
Dr. Ellen Flaherty, PhD, APRN, AGSF, Director for the Dartmouth Centers for Health and Aging, will be providing the keynote address. Following Dr. Flaherty’s address, attendees are invited to participate in virtual conversations about the 4M’s of Age-Friendly Health Systems. Please see the attached flyer for the detailed agenda and more information!
Everyone is welcome to attend this educational and interactive session! Please share this event widely to your facilities, colleagues, partners, etc. CME and CEU will be available.
During the last 45 minutes of the event, we will be splitting up to have the virtual conversations about the 4Ms and Age-Friendly Health Systems. Each conversation topic will have its separate Zoom meeting link, that way you can pop in and out of as many virtual conversations as you wish.
Register in advance for this meeting:
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Zoom link and password for joining the main meeting as well as all the Zoom links for the virtual conversations. If you do not register you will not be able to access the information to join the meeting! Also, each registrant receives a unique join link for the main meeting, so please do not share your specific link with anyone else.
We hope to “see” you all there!
